Providing Clear Answers to Immigration's Complex Questions

 Our Mission

Immigration is an important part of America's economic and social fabric. Our Firm understands what it is to be an immigrant.  Every person employed by the Firm is either an immigrant herself or is related to a person in her family that is an immigrant.  The Firm's goal is to keep families together or reunite them with their loved ones living in the United States. The Firm provides clear answers to immigration's complex questions.  We are committed to ensuring the client understands his or her case by outlining the path to obtaining immigration status.

Our team is experienced in the areas of deportation defense and family- based -based petitions.  The Firm represents clients in deportation and bond proceedings.  We assist clients with filing their Cancellation of Removal applications, adjustment of status petitions, and motions to dismiss their deportation case with the immigration judge.  The Firm ensures the client understands each step of their case to allow the client to make informed decisions, decisions that not only impact them but their loved ones as well.

We also represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). Because every client's case is different in facts, history, and circumstances, the Firm's thoroughly reviews the client's case to determine their eligibility for a particular application or petition.

The  Firm ensures the client understands each step  of  their case.

In addition to filing adjustment of status applications, the Firm assist clients with U and T visas for people who are victims of violent crimes or sexual trafficking; K visas that allow them to sponsor his or her fiancée from a foreign country; Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA); Military Parole in Place for parents or spouses of military service men and women; and applications for men and women under the Violence Against Women Act, to name a few.
